Windows1124H2Wi-Fi连接故障持续困扰用户

Microsoft Windows 11 OS's 24H2 version users have recently encountered significant network connection issues. Many users found after completing the system update that their devices could not connect to the internet via Wi-Fi, which severely affected their daily use. Although Microsoft responded quickly, trying to fix the problem by releasing patches, unfortunately, the issue has not been resolved fundamentally. Since October, discussions about the abnormal DHCP (Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol) function in Windows 11 24H2 have remained hot. Users have reported that their updated devices cannot obtain a valid IP address from the DHCP server but are assigned an APIPA (Automatic Private IP Addressing) address, which usually indicates a DHCP service failure.

Affected users have stated that even if they try to manually set a static IP address, the DHCP function still does not work properly. Some users even reported that they need to diagnose network connection issues after each startup, and rolling back to the previous version can immediately restore the normal operation of DHCP.

In response to strong user feedback, Microsoft tried to fix this issue in the November 2024 update. However, this patch did not benefit all users, and even after installing the December update, some users reported that their Wi-Fi and DHCP connection issues still persisted. This situation has left many users feeling disappointed and helpless.

Microsoft has confirmed receiving user feedback and realizing the severity of the problem. However, unfortunately, the specific release time of the repair plan has not been announced yet. To help users alleviate this issue, Microsoft has provided some possible temporary solutions, such as modifying DNS configuration or modifying the registry and restarting related services. However, these solutions are not effective for all users.

Before Microsoft finds the root cause of the problem and releases the formal repair plan, a feasible suggestion for users who are severely affected is to consider rolling back to Windows 11's 23H2 version. This version has better stability and compatibility and may temporarily resolve the users' network connection issues.

Users can also get more help and guidance through Microsoft's official support channels to better cope with this challenge. It is hoped that Microsoft can find the root cause of the problem as soon as possible and provide users with a stable and reliable solution.
